How It Works

+ Fill out the enquiry form on my website or drop me an email - try and include as much detail as possible regarding your design

+ We have a chat about ideas and I provide an estimate. 

+ I require a 50% to initiate the design process. Once the design is complete I will send it to you for approval. 

  + Once design is approved and I have received the item (please send by recorded post and provide tracking number) I can begin to embroider the item! 

+ When the piece is finished you pay the remaining 50% and I send you back your one of a kind art piece! 

+ I do recommend handwashing in cold and hang dry. The embroidery is made with cotton blend thread and it will shrink in hot water or in the dryer causing the embroidery to warp. You can iron on reverse once dry on a medium heat.
